TRANSFORM at the "Salon International de l'Agriculture" / PROBE General Assembly

✔️ In its newsletter N°19 of March 2024, the TRANSFORM department, which supports several components of CALIS, notably members of its FOOD pole, reports its participation in the 60th International Agriculture Show. For 9 days, TRANSFORM was thus able to show its latest field advances to the general public and agriculture. In particular, research on innovations in dairy transformation were presented through the Experimental Mini-Cheese Dairy Factory (FROMEX Platform), as well as the most recent developments on the treatment and valorization of agricultural effluents and solid residues (Bio2E platform), and integrated viticulture-oenology research projects (UE Pech Rouge).

The UMR Science and Technology of Milk and Egg (STLO), a component of the FOOD pole of Calis, was also represented at the Agriculture Show, to present its latest technological developments on products based on nuts and legumes, carried by the European project LOCALNUTLEG.

✔️ The PROBE Research Infrastructure, one of the pillars of the FOOD pole of CALIS (bringing together the BIBS, AgroResonance, ChemoSens and Polyphenols platforms) held its general assembly in Nantes on March 12 and 13. It was an opportunity for each PROBE platform to present its latest methodological developments and scientific projects.
