The research team Determinants of food behavior throughout life, relationships with health from the Center for Taste and Food Sciences (CSGA)

▶️ The team "Determinants of food behavior throughout life, relationships with health" (Déterminants du comportement alimentaire au cours de la vie, relations avec la santéis located within the Center for Taste and Food Sciences (UMR CSGA) in Dijon.

▶️ This team brings together multidisciplinary skills focused on the human model and specialized in food behaviors, sensory evaluation, developmental and cognitive psychology, ethology or nutrition and statistics.

▶️ The team Determinants of food behavior throughout life, relationships with health more specifically takes charge of the themes on:

  • the early development of preferences and food behaviors
  • the role of perceptual and cognitive mechanisms on preferences and food behaviors
  • the impact of food behavior on the nutritional status of the elderly

▶️ For this, the methodologies developed, and accessible in particular via the CALIS research infrastructure concern the following items:
